I would recommend this course because it is very helpful to people who are beginning their education in Criminal Justice. This course really helps introduce you to the field and gives you great tips on what to do and what not to do not only for interviews but also setting yourself up before the interview and what to expect.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course was the reading. I enjoyed learning and reading the assigned chapters to understand the life of a patrol officer and other professions within the field. its also great for personal reasons as it teaches you a lot about interviews and the process.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always apply yourself and do the readings. There is a lot of information to learn. I am not one to get enjoyment from reading but a lot of the material was easy for me to read because it was interesting. Participate in the discussions, a lot of classmates have many ideas and thoughts that another student could benefit from.
