Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very helpful to people who are beginning their education in Criminal Justice. This course really helps introduce you to the field and gives you great tips on what to do and what not to do not only for interviews but also setting yourself up before the interview and what to expect.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course was the reading. I enjoyed learning and reading the assigned chapters to understand the life of a patrol officer and other professions within the field. its also great for personal reasons as it teaches you a lot about interviews and the process.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always apply yourself and do the readings. There is a lot of information to learn. I am not one to get enjoyment from reading but a lot of the material was easy for me to read because it was interesting. Participate in the discussions, a lot of classmates have many ideas and thoughts that another student could benefit from.

The highlights were preparing ourselves for the role of criminal justice. the course outlines what is expected of an individual who is in the field and went over many different preparation steps like interviews and how to prepare for interviews. the course was really helpful for introducing us into the world of law enforcement.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always participate in the reading and do the quiz because it is very important to the things you learn in the class. Always participate in the discussions as they are equally important. often times your classmates have great information that could also help you in your career
