    Course Overview:

    Prof. Brooke is a very good instructor. She very helpful on making sure you understand all the course information. This course is also great on nutritional information.

    To take notes is live seminars, and ask instructors questions on anything you don't understand.

    Course Overview:

    The teacher was very bad about replying to emails

    Course highlights:

    I learned plenty of useful information about eating right and proper foods that you should eat.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study study study. If you need to contact the professor, be prepared to wait a few days. I would always send a follow up message if she didn't get back to me. That usually did the trick.
