    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I have learned very enlightening information in this course. The professor is readily available by phone or email with a quick response time.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and how they are structured, stained, and observed under the microscope.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    You have to do the reading in order to keep up and follow course materials and seminars. Reading before class seminar was very helpful in understanding the material covered.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely recommend Professor Moench. He is knowledgeable about the subject matter. He is willing to help you achieve success in his class. He is very supportive and easy to talk to.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights, for me, were learning about all of the potential infectious/contagious diseases and their origins. I learned that being in Public Health is more profound than I ever imagined. I am now excited about my new career.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read ahead and work ahead on your assignments (when you can). Ask questions during seminars.

    Course Overview:

    The professor is great during the seminars. He is very detailed and answers all questions fast.

    Course highlights:

    Learning about Pathogens and how survive

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Go for it! Make sure you take notes you will need them during your exams.
