Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking medical assisting course because it is a high demand job at the moment and it is suppose to excel up to 29% needing more and more as time goes on.

    Course highlights:

I am still in this class but so far I will be learning CPR, getting updated on my shots, and much more. This course will help me become a professional in the field I am attending.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be very through with everything in this course because it brings you to becoming a professional this is the time it becomes crunch time in your college courses and the start of your job time.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My overall course is called Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting (online). I wasn't able to finish my MA295 (externship) due to tonsillitis and other illnesses. However, I am now feeling better and ready to go back and finish that one term starting Feb. 1, 2017.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was being able to complete or begin to complete my hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant at a clinical site. While I was there, I learned a lot, including, giving vaccines, taking patient's vitals, appointment scheduling, etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice the students to never fall behind in the externship hours, they are very hard to catch up with.
