    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provides a bounty of knowledge about how to handle crisis and difficult situations. The information learned can be used in professional settings, but also can be used in every day life.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course were a case study where we talked about what we would do in this specific scenario. I learned from my fellow students that there are a multitude of ways to approach a person in crisis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is you should be a "people person." If you're not the helping type of person, and you don't have compassion and empathy for people, this might not be the right course for you.
