    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Even though I know there isn't many days we will use this type of math in a Psychology life, I appreciate this class more than anything I have ever taken because it has taught me things I never knew. I feel so knowledgeable and confident as well as excited and encouraged that I was able to apply myself and come out on top!

    Course highlights:

I learned so many new things I never new. All new types of math that seem so unforgiving, yet if you just take the time, they become so genuine and interesting. Coalition Coefficients was NOT my favorite, but I absolutely loved being able to apply myself and know I succeeded, best feeling in the world!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The best advise I can give is to just relax. READ the text, don't be afraid to ASK questions, and use the tutors (if you have them) to the BEST of your abilities, they are so helpful and amazing, I don't know if I would have succeeded in this class without them. For anyone thiking they can't do this, life, school, work, kids, etc- PLEASE don't be afraid. Lock yourself in your room, heck even a closet (I DID!); DO it! Read the material and apply it, it's fun, it helps and it's quite interesting once you get the hang of it. I really feel like a million bucks knowing I did this, me- all by myself (essentially) - someone who didn't pay hoot in high school and never though I would even be in college.....and it is my proudest accomplishment (aside from my kids of course). Don't let them make you intimidated, use your mind and let them know who YOU are, a silly little math class won't make or break you, and at the end of the day, you will get through it, I promise!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Never give up this is an execellant teacher.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a requirement. If you take this course be prepared to be challenged. It is a hard course but, it is worth the challenge.

    Course highlights:

I learned things about statistics that in the past I felt where unnecessary for my major but, I soon learned that understanding this type of math is becoming necessary as I continue through my academic career.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice students to take this class seriously and not to think it is just another math class. Pay close attention to details and take notes as you continue through this course.
