Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me so much about how children work in the classroom. This course taught me about strategies with music and art that will help children learn through play. Children with special needs can also benefit from these strategies, because they are easy to do and the teacher can assist with any activities that may be hard for them to learn. Children do learn through play, so this course teaches you how to apply these skills in the classroom

    Course highlights:

The best highlight was working in group activities. There were a coupe of assignments where we had to work collectively. I learned how to work with children with special needs and English language learners.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Any student that has plans on working with children should take this course. The class really prepares you for the field. The assignments were not too hard, and the teacher was always willing to answer any question, any time of the day or night. She was very helpful. I loved this course.

    Advice for students:

My advice to the next student would be to listen to everything the professor says because they give you clues to all your answers.
