    Course Overview:

    This course is very functional for those of us in the health and wellness field. The course content includes practical application using family or friends. Most of the material consist of exercises and how they can be implemented for individual of different ages and medical abnormalities.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight of this course is learning how to apply an assortment of exercises to different ages and physical abilities. The scenarios provided give a new perspective on what approach one may take with ones grandmother verses a male teen.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    stay on top of the projects. Although they are straight forward, exercise assessment are a lengthy process. Since family and friends are used, it is easier to complete one assessment at a time, other wise it can get confusing.
