    This course prepares you for future courses and life. You learn about you as a learner and how to go forward utilizing your critical thinking skills and so much more.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about me and what type of personality I have and what type of learner I am.

    Advice for students:

    Utilize the Vocab and quizzes to help prepare for the exams. Take advantage of the awesome links and tests to further your knowledge about yourself.

    Course Overview:

    Not only does this course teach you skills you will use in your daily life, it also teaches skills you will need in your career. I had professor Eric Wilson who is absolutely amazing, funny, high-spirited and he keeps learning interesting and fun. This was my favorite class I have taken so far. Professor Wilson is brilliant and insightful.

    Course highlights:

    Time management and some of why your brain works how it works. You learn about study skills and individually your own learning style. Note taking strategies, also how to build and action plan and schedule that really works for you.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just go in with an open mind this is a course that is primarily to benefit you in not only your daily life but also your career.

    Strategies to improve critical thinking skills and stress management. Time management goes hand in hand with stress management.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take the course seriously. Some of it may seem like common sense, but the content will help with many different aspect of life.
