Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love the professor teaching the course she is a fairly new professor at Keiser university not a new teacher over all and she has had at least 20yrs experience in the field that I am studying so it allows me to get now only knowledge from the books but also reenactments of things that she has experience.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course would have to be today when we had a guest speaker by the name of chad, he is a spinal cord injured individual who shared his story, about how occupational therapy assistant and the profession it self changed his life and made it more meaningful and it made me proud to know that I am following in foot steps of tremendous people that came before me its pretty cool.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not come in with an attitude, that pretty much says I have this because you will be surprise on how much more you can learn.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Evan Asay taught the course, Occupational Therapy for the Physically Disabled, and it was an incredibly informative, and interesting class. This class was a comprehensive course that went more in depth with what was taught in the first semester of the OTA program. He is a good professor and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this class for me was having a certified hand therapist guest speaker come in to teach us how to make hand splints.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the current lesson plan every day to prepare for the following day's lesson plan.
