    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I've never been the girl to read for any reason other than leisure. Other than the usual romance novel, I don't read much. I've never gotten into different styles of writing before this class. But once I took it, I became very interested in other genres and styles of writing.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different types of literature, and how it changed through each time period. My favorite was the renaissance and Hamlet.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You must read the material before you come into class each week. I personally like to jot down notes that I think might be significant to the story.
