    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    It was a great class to be apart of. I learned how to change the structure of food and staying true to something I created.

    Learning about how history of food can change the culture.

    Learn about the history of an ingredient will give you much more appreciation about how it was created and used.
