Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class, the reason why is first it teaches the techniques of gum paste, fondant, and cake design. This is a great class to learn how to make cakes from scratch.

    Course highlights:

Building black forrest cake, weave braid on cakes, building flowers. Making items from fondant like carrots for the carrot cake. Learning how to temper chocolate, make candies, fudge, and other materials. This class was amazing.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Attend everyday, ask questions if you dont understand something. Don't be afraid show your strength in your designs.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The show piece class shows that you can achieve a chocolate and pulled sugar sculpture like no other.

    Course highlights:

I learned that this is a stressful industry but you have to push your self every minute and every chance you have. Chocolate is very fun but you have to be precise in tempering and setting it right. Working with sugar you have to have patience and be delegate with it don't be rough.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't walk away from something you started or broke go back and see what you can fix and finish. Never back down and push your self.
