    Over a good program the financial aid department is unorganized

    Cooking fundamental,The Uniform

    Advice for students:

    Please make everything is paid before your last class in other words they will try to kick you out

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    It is the closest thing to being in a kitchen and feeling like you are on chopped. You have to prepare new meals everyday.

    Course highlights:

    The highlight is the black box day when you don't know what you are going to be cooking. I learned how to use my cooking techniques and apply them for anything that popped up in the kitchen.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to use everything you have ever learned about culinary arts. This is the test of everything that you have learned.

    This is a great opportunity free young college students to take some of the financial burden off of their shoulders.

    I am a freshman in college this is my first semester I just started.

    Don't think just go. The more you sit and think on it the more you will doubt yourself.
