Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very practical; it teaches how to communicate well with people who come from all different backgrounds and cultures, and how to use everyone's strengths to your team's advantage to make the team more efficient and productive. This class helps a lot with leadership skills, and the professor is great.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was when we had the option to go on a small field trip with the professor to see how a real-world team works together to help change the lives of immigrants who led tough lives in their home countries. I learned that sometimes, the goal is not always to do well as a team, but to make a difference in someone's life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Participate in class discussions, and get to know the professor. Don't be afraid to speak up in class!
