    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because it is so unique and out of the ordinary. Not only do you learn about food but you understand customs and foodways that shape society. It is really interesting but make sure you have a snack to eat after this class ends because you will be hungry!

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning about simple foods with such depth. I learned that hummus is an example of how ethnic conflicts can be shown through food which isn't something I realized until after this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class. It might seem like you understand something or it is common sense but listening in class will allow you to understand what the professor was talking about in greater lengths and a better meaning.
