The professor is great and is awesome at explaining things, but sometimes goes a little slow which can be a good thing if you're not an easy learner. Overall an easy class if you just pay attention.
Sheer forces, bending moments and diagrams, torque, stresses and strains, basically any way you could think to bend or twist any shaped bar or beam, you analyze that.

Always go to class (clickers) and just pay attention when you're there. You'll never have trouble with homework and the midterms will be a breeze.
