    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class that teaches you the basics of Calculus. It is meant for those seeking a degree that involves high level math. If math without numbers is difficult then this may not be for you. If you are willing to work hard, Jeremy can help you reach your full potential.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to take algebra and trigonometry and learn how the theorems were derived from Calculus. I also learned how Sin, Cos, and Tan are determined and utilized.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to focus on this class. This is not the kind of class to leave the homework until right before it is do. The moment something feels confusing you need to clarify or you will be left behind rapidly

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Calculus Is a requirement for many majors. personally, I dream of becoming a surgeon, and I am required to even take calculus 2. My teacher was able to explain every concept with great detail, and had several ways of explaining each concept, in order for every student to understand.

    Course highlights:

I learned that hard work does pay off. I am a science person, not a math person. But I learned that even a science person can come up top in math! During the course time frame, i was practicing so much, that often times, i was doing integrals and derivatives in my dreams!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not give up. It took me a while to realize that the best way for me to soak in the information i learned, was by teaching others. My family now knows as much about calculus as I do, because I kept repeatedly teaching them, and they haven't even taken the class in years!
