If you want to be an administrator or start in or work your way up to a management position, this is a useful and informative course to understand how to conduct business in an ethical, legal process and it helps you to understand the procedures that are appropriate. One needs to learn about other countries and their cultures, beliefs, processes and how to conduct business with other people who are outside of the U.S.
I gained so much knowledge about things I had no idea about and enhanced my knowledge and refreshed my memory on others. The highlights would be doing business in an ethical manner and learning how to speak with and write to and to conduct phone conferences with others to conduct business, whether here in the U.S. or somewhere else. I also learned it is important to find out legalities in other countries and do research before trying to do business somewhere else.
