    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

When dealing with global business practices, it is extremely important to understand all barriers, challenges, and issues that can occur with communication, project management, performance, and business prospects. Also, a good leader would need to understand the cross-functional abilities and cross-cultural effects to business navigation and performance as a whole.

    Course highlights:

I knew how to be a great innovative leader, not just by being a businessman, but performance, innovation, and creation of new ideas in the 21st century business model. I also knew how to be a leader who can demonstrate the conclusive approaches to cross-functional leader styles and cross-cultural leadership awareness. I would say, that a student will take away from this course much about communication skills and awareness, precise planning, leadership strategies, and the understanding of ethical behavior, both internationally and nationally within the business world.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

First of all, have a time line and be sure that time management is apparent. Then I would focus on each assignment, as each assignment is already listed for each week. Provide yourself an outline of what you want to say, and say it. But most of your time will be initiating required research that is scholarly and appropriated for which the topic is your writing about. Then, if any, follow the instructions of your feedback so the class will end smoothly and with success.
