    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it as it is very good for any therapist to understand these concepts. How to listen to their clients and have a open communication with them that will encourage them to think about their role in their situations and think about how they feel. It helps to expand their understanding of why they are where they are and how to move forward.

    Course highlights:

I learned that by being an open listener and asking the questions that let the client know that you are not only listening to them but that you heard them as well. It encourages me to continue because I know that clients come in all shapes and form and with many different issues that I can help them with just by listening and offering various methods to help them regain happiness.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open to what you are learning and research as much as you can to grasp the concepts.
