    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great introductory course and Dr. DiRenzo was very helpful.

    Course highlights:

The basic concepts associated with accounting, finance, and economics, and their role within an organization. How to evaluate options for moving to a global organization and the business laws and regulations that pertain to global operations. How to assess concepts and strategies for effective marketing and operations management within an organization. How to evaluate the role leadership and ethics play in the overall success of an organization. How to analyze how effective information management systems can assist an organization with quantitative analysis of key performance indicators. And how to assess the impact of effective human resources management on an organization’s culture and overall organizational behavior.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

A basic knowledge of accounting, financing, and management would be helpful before taking on this course. There is a fair amount of reading and the articles are contemporary.
