    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it makes you think outside of the box a lot. You learn a lot from different philosophers and how they feel that things came about.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course would have to be breaking our books down to actually get what the philosopher Socrates was talking about. I learned a lot about how you can't fear what you don't know. He was never scared of death because he never knew what happened there so how could he be afraid.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give students is to read your books and definitely listen in class because that reading and listening will help you with the papers you write. Definitely take down all the notes that you can because they are critical to have

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Amazing course that truly allows your mind to dig deep and go places that you didn't know possible. This course really forces you to think outside of the box! Philosophy is an amazing first year college course!

    Course highlights:

The main highlight of this course was how I was forced to think in ways that I normally would not. I had to think of the what ifs and the how comes in all situations. Most importantly, I would always have to think WHY things would happen.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE BOOKS! most important part of this course.
