    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Stone's teaching is great. But the material itself is very hard. He will already tell you what will show up on the exam and what things you should not be worrying about when he is teaching. So if you miss the class, make sure you watch lecture caps. This class is very challenging. You should be reading textbook and stay on track. Do not wait for end time to cram. Do well in the quizzes. Prepare yourself for the quizzes because they are somewhat hard.

    Course highlights:

Learned the concepts in depth. Also, for the exams there are approximately 10 pages you have to finish within 50 minutes so time management is very crucial.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, Read the textbook, make you own study guide, teach someone, group study and go see Dr. stone in his office hours.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Really difficult subject that require time and effort , more than any other class or lab you probably have had. If you don't understand something, stop and ask for help until you do. Dont put it off. THe first half is all math and concepts, second half is just concepts. The course is heavily focused on details , so learning the general ideas isn't enough. Homework , don't just copy the solutions manual. Try and do it cause you arent helping yourself. Test times should be longer but we only have a class period.

    Course highlights:

I learned that I actually had to study and learn how to actually study from this class. YOu can t just show up to class, read the book, and do the homework . YOu have to take that extra step and really make sure you understand the material and is able to apply it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to office hours Form a study group DO homework, don't just copy from SM. Study each lecture. Read the book Practice , practice , practice.
