Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class consists of writing a major 10-12 page research paper about one particular broad topic, and the students throughout the semester get to work on smaller chunks of the paper and get revisions and peer-edits that will all aid in helping the students write their final paper towards the end of the semester.

    Course highlights:

Our topic is prison so I learned so much more about incarceration and prison systems that I never really would have learned anywhere else, and the class is very interesting and helpful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read. Visit the professor during office hours. Go to the library or anywhere else to get help with writing if you would like to improve you writing skills.
