Not too easy. Not too difficult.
The course allows you to learn the mechanism behind movement disorders such as Parkinson's and Huntington's, as well as basic bodily sensations such as pain and hearing. You will go over the "wiring" of how signals are transmitted from your periphery to the central nervous system. For anyone interested in going in the medical field, or just have an innate fascination with the how the basic functions we take for granted are made possible, Movements Neuroscience is for you.
We learned which portions of the brain and the nervous system are involved in movement disorders, as well as the superficial mechanisms behind common treatments.
