    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He does not teaches the stuff well in class. If you already had calculus class then take him otherwise not. Don't expect to get every stuffs in the tests or exams from the notes which he gives in class. He will be giving stuffs outside the lecture.

    Course highlights:

There's Exponents; Logarithms; differentiation; integration and all of these applied with linear algebra to make business problems. There's also lots of graphs which you need to understand for solving the course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Doyle Linear Algebra class is easy than his 165 business calculus. He does not explain the stuff well as he thinks one already knows about it beforehand. so, i would not recommend him for this course.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who is majoring in business and is not confident of their understanding in mathematics. Doyle is a fantastic professor who speaks clearly and understands his way around every example he gives. I have never taken calculus or even pre calculus, but after taking his business algebra and calculus course, I am much more confident in my math skills.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned how to apply the ideas of calculus such as functions, limits, derivatives, exponential and logarithmic functions, and many more into the business world.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework in MyMathLab before the due date because those scores add up and are a significant portion of the final grade. Going to the lectures is extremely important as well because this material can be difficult to teach yourself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was very difficult. With a lot of studying and tutoring I was able to pass the first time luckily. Be ready to work a lot and hard for a A if you want it.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were probably the professor himself. He was tough but at the same time very willing to meet during office hours and help with questions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't push the first couple weeks off by fooling around. Every minute counts! Make sure you understand the material!
