    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was very relevant to the "real life" world. It concentrated a lot on working together in groups and it was very helpful to be able to work together as a class to complete activities and tasks. Therefore, I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to pursue their career in Business Administration.

    Course highlights:

I gained a important concept; work ethic. Work ethic is the most valued character when it comes to holding a job. Organizational Behavior taught me the theories behind why and how the people within the business run.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be able to understand key concepts behind theories and the way the people in corporations run. Reading and text book is a must for the weekly quizzes (online). The midterm and final aren’t lengthy and Professor Sun did a great job preparing the students for the quizzes and tests with a detailed study guide with questions that are straight from the quizzes and previous exams – for the final.
