    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course was very si ple and easy to understand. The professor offers extensions on homework and is also a fair grader.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about Stoichiometry and thermochemistry. In addition to this I learned that I am very good at Chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the power points and read the book. The instructor often uses clicker questions on exams and quizzes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it! It was a challenge but I got to learn a lot in the process. The TA's are super helpful and the professor is kind and is always willing to help his students.

    Course highlights:

I learned about general chemistry, solving for reactions, and how to calculate the moles of molecules, kinetic speed, buffers, etc. It basically was a general chemistry course so it went through all the basics of chemistry like protons, neutrons, electrons, and built up on that.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

It is not going to be easy, but if you are up for the challenge, take it! If you have taken AP chemistry in high school it will be a breeze. Make sure to keep up on the readings and chapters and study for the tests and quizzes because those are very important.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class went at a maintainable speed. There were also many different tactics used for teaching. These included things such as lectures, discussions, labs, online homework, in-class demonstrations, and written homework. It covered challenging material but was doable.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the class were basic chemistry topics such as conversions and significant figures. It progressed into lewis dot structures, types of equations, and gas laws.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice people to start the online homework early because it can take a long time. When studying for tests look at the discussion worksheets and the questions at the end of the modules.
