Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I thought I would be learning about illnesses and diseases in this course. Turns out it is more of a research class. You choose a population to study and then one or two subjects in that population with whom to carry out a nursing plan. Also, this course is 10 weeks versus the 5 weeks of the rest of the courses for the Bachelor's program. No one ever told me that, so I was very upset I wasn't going to be finished as soon as I thought I would.
It was nice to be able to focus on one family and have time to think about "the whole" situation instead of the presenting problems. Once I got into the class and realized what it actually was and accepted that it was twice as long as I thought it would be, I did enjoy the course work.

Advice for students:
Before you choose a population to study, look at the entire course syllabus. A few weeks in we were studying a concept that did not apply to my patient, which made it very difficult to complete the assignments.
