    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was hard and challenging and I learned a lot. I think if you study hard from the beginning and respond to the class text messages you can really do well in this class.

    Course highlights:

Learning how to use SQL The class taught you how to use databases and how to setup your database tool as a free application

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the reading and use the online tools. keep us and use the tutor. The course is dense if you have no experience with database design. I was a week behind the reading and had to catch up.. If you can take it in class room i would.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very informative, especially for concentrations in database management. Professor was very easy with letting students turn in work late. Putty could be very buggy at times.

    Course highlights:

Learning Varchar and creating tables was very interesting. The deeper the course got, the easier things became due to the learning process.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material faithfully. The better you understand it, the easier the course will be. You can finish assignments very quickly that way as well.
