Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this class because it gives you a complete inside of management duties when involving leadership and organization skills to be a successful manager.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be able to analyze the information I read in my textbook and learned weekly in class discussions and be able to compare it to my every day life especially with my current employer and see how their management skills result to positive or negative outcomes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give a student considering this course would be to try to relate it to your every day life especially in their work life to see how their management conduct things. I found out once I made similarities to the course and my work life, I was able to understand good and bad management skills.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches effective management, no matter if it's organizational or personal. Taking this course will prepare anyone with managing and leading in life, but Moreso prepares those with a business/ management major.

    Course highlights:

I learned that anyone can be a leader, but it takes effective leadership skills to be a great manager. I also learned that people lead by different way, thus there is no one leadership style. In managing, communication and leadership are two of the most important factors in management.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be well prepared. Set a study schedule and pace yourself through out the course. Instead of doing all work at one time, practice time management. While some people find it hard to reach out when they are in need, you'll find that classmates and your professors are there for support. This course isn't easy or hard, it's all in what you make it. Therefore, have a plan, study, be organized, and ask for help, and the rest should flow with ease.
