    I would recommend this course for anyone studying Human Resources and want to understand the federal rules, regulations and guidelines.

    Course highlights:

    I was able to leave this course feeling very confident that I could enter the Human Resources workforce and understand it!

    Organize yourself and your time, don't procrastinate and stay consistent!

    Course Overview:

    Yes I would recommend this course for all Human Resource students. It helps with the understanding of the training side of HR.

    Course highlights:

    Training, Gap Analysis, How to pinpoint problems and find a solution the correct way, How to train a group of new employees and how to train a group of employees that need a little extra encouragement.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Just be prepared to read and write papers. Make you understand the concepts of HR before taking this course.
