    Course Overview:

    As an HR Management major, it is a great course to understand how to developement training courses for employees. Even if you are not an HR professional, it would explain how you learn best and develop your skills. It is also good for developing succession plans for any career path.

    Course highlights:

    The Training and Development course was exactly what I needed to understand how I could assist an organization with training competent and proficient employees to be an asset instead of a liability.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course will give you an in depth overview of how organizations are structured and how to make the most of your time and gain the knowledge that you need to succeed.

    Development to develop training strategy and platform, including the identification and implementation of critical in-house training.
