Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

As a Human Resource professional knowing and understanding HRIS is a vital part of any job function. This course is very thorough and starts with the basics. You are able to build on each assignment from week to week and by the completion of the course you walk away knowing much more about HRIS than you did before.

    Course highlights:

For me the highlights of the course were the discussions. I learned the difference in databases, building tracking systems from scratch, the functionality of HRIS and so much more. The discussions were the highlight for me because I was able to interact with the professor one on one and ask questions that I have been wanting to ask for sometime.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it slow and steady. Do not wait until the last minute to do assignments and never be afraid to ask questions.
