    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this class unless you love to talk politics. I don't pay for a class to spend the first 30mins talking about pop culture and politics. The teacher expects your writing to be better than your skills from ENG 100. I had the same teacher for both. Get ready for a lot of talking and graded papers getting mixed up with other students.

    Course highlights:

I honestly don't have any highlights of this course. Take it online if you are good at english courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your research, take the class online if you can or just don't take a class with Prof. Hunter.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as it helps you know how to write professional papers. This course also helps with APA formatting.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was working in Webtext and learning how to write papers. I learned about citing my resources and how to format in APA.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would just make sure to keep up with your course work. Turn in your assignments on time when they are due so that you can get full credit.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My professor was very helpful in my English Composition class. She helped me become an overall better writer with insightful comments on each essay, and even a phone call to ensure that I didn't have any questions about a big assignment that was approaching soon. I loved her and respected her opinion of my work so much.

    Course highlights:

In this course, I learned how to write all types of essays. I learned how to write a compare and contrast essay, an informative essay, and a personal essay. Just a heads up, there are quite a few essays to write in this class. I hated writing them because it took a lot of time and effort to do, but I loved it because of how much it strengthened me as a writer.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you are serious about writing because there is a lot of it in this course. Also, be sure to make time to do the work. In addition to essays, there are some readings that you have to do as well. Be sure to put your all into this course.
