Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a class that not only taught business concepts, but it also focused on students finding their leadership skill and developing them.

    Course highlights:

The StrengthsFinder Assessment brought to light my top five StrengthsFinder themes, which are as follows: Achiever, Learner, Competition, Communication, and Relator. Initial reactions of these top five themes were not a surprise, but more of a confirmation of my life’s journey. Having the coaching leadership style, which is an affinity for developing and mentoring people for their future coincides with these five strengths as they pertain to me impeccably.
