    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Prof. Zettler does an amazing job at explaining and showing in great detail of the subject matter taught. This course, BI 110 goes deep into how the study of science came about and the beginnings. This is all very interesting to learn where science started and where we, as a universe, began as well. The in depth detail of the course provides so much new knowledge and questions for myself that I become interested in learning and finding out more. Anything from the beginning of our world and the universe to the function of a cell and how we came to be is just amazing and this course touches all interest and sparks new ideas.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course included the many colorful detailed notes Prof. Zettler created. They provide a much clearer interpretation from the text and makes learning all of the complex systems easier to understand. Another highlight would have to be the hands on earning in the lab we have and the projects we have done. As of now we have began and orchid seed germination experiment and in doing this I have learned a lot about how seeds germinate and that all are different and it requires very specific things to perfect the germination and growth,

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course you must put the effort in. It never took only one time to understand these complex systems and the reasons and causes of things. The material has to be look at multiple times. I recommend breaking down the steps one at a time and then repeat to fully understand.
