Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think UMA is an awesome college and it's online program is better than the other online courses my friends have tried. Anytime I have had a problem, my student advisor has been there for me. Not to mention the instructors really tries to make sure everyone understand the lesson at hand.

    Course highlights:

So far, I have learned the non medical part of working in a facility. The billing process and learning how to code different diagnosis, is something I have learned and will never forget it.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to make sure you are prepared to learned important information in an accelerated rate. Being a medical coder and biller is a career that can be learned and applied in a facility immediately after completion.
