Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is an excellent introduction to the human growth and development. I had a great Instructor too. This course teaches you about biologically based theories, Charles Darwin Theories in Evolution. Different types of Genetic Disorders . The different stages in your life and how these stages are developed. Great educational course.

    Course highlights:

In this course i learned how to evaluate and examine the impact on personal health habits during your life span. The changes that go on socioemotional, physically, and cognitively in our life cycle. From conception to death, I learned how and why we develop personalities, habits, attitudes, and ethics all through our lives. How we adapt to our surrounding and why we make the choices that we make.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Eat a little something before you sit down to study. You will concentrate more on a semi full stomach. You need to be in a area that does not have a lot distractions. Make sure you read your material and watch the videos that are provided. Take about a 10 minute break away from your work about every hour or so. This will allow you to refocus and give your brain some down time. It is hard to say not to stress about the work and it may seem like a lot however, it will all come natural and next thing you know, your work for the week is done.
