Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was amazing!!! Professor Bridges was my instructor. They did not list her name up top. I learned everything that I now am privileged to know thanks to her!!! I learned that I was very unprofessional with my communication at work. I never changed my tone, from my personal life to my work life. I have now learned how to gain tone without verbally speaking, how to create a powerful presentation that will WOW my employers as well as the audience watching. And how to successfully approach a negative situation keeping the negativity low ans bringing up the positives that follow.

    Course highlights:

non-verbal communication. Effectively. Overcoming anxiety while speaking to in front of others. The steps to put together a presentation effectively.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention from the very beginning. Some of the tips we picked up as far as delivering memo's and emails, transmitting negative news, or approaching a negative situation that was brought to the attention of management by the patients or the public, were almost like hidden messages to me. The work may go by easy the first week, but the trick questions come in the test.
