    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Yes, because I have learned more then I thought I would. The professor is very nice and praises you for the success you bring to the classroom.

    Course highlights:

    I learned different communication skills in a medical office setting, how to answer and communicate properly on the phone, and how to handle scheduling patient appointments.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Take your time and don't stress, because overall it is a very simple and easy class. You will have many resources available to help you be successful in your class. I guarantee you will get an A, but that is if you want it.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend UMA period to anyone who is really serious about their education. This school really shows us as students that we are not alone. As far as the course i loved it a little issue here and there but nothing that the advisors are not there to help with. Great School i high recommend to anyone.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights of this course was probably learning all the management skills and attitude that is needed to achieve more and level up in a career you love.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    I consider staying on track and up to date with the course assignments. It is very important to make sure you stay focus even with life's obstacles. Trust me i have experienced it. Always, Always find time! Also don't ever be to proud to ask for help. The contacts provided to you are a great source of help use it. This is a great school everything you need is there.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    It a great class and I would recommend it to people that are about to start their course.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that the medical field has a lot of laws and ethics regulations that has to be follow and order for you to succeed within that filled. I also learned how to use the software to and put peoples information or to set appointments.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    you need to be able to have time in your hands to study and to be able to look over the work. You would also have to be Turman and willing to keep your mind open to the different possibilities that this course is going to have.
