    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a very fun and interesting class, as well as an easy A. Stanlaw can be funny sometimes, and you can buy his lecture notes for $10, so you don't need to take any notes. if your memory is decent you don't really need that either, and as long as you go to review sessions and pay somewhat attention in lectures as well as of the movies watched in class you should be good. extra credit is easy(3 pts possible per exam) and he might give random ones through the semester. (10pts for cubs win world series, and 20 for the final in a quiz held in class)

    Course highlights:

you learn about certain cultures of the world, but also how to relate it to your own, and how society works. the class is very interesting and it's clear that stanlaw is passionate about the class.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

go to class(you should be fine without going, but he doesn't warn you about movies and clips being showed in class) and go to the review sessions

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Stanlaw is very passionate about his teaching. He kind of rambles a bit, but he is excited to teach. The class is about 400 students and with a class that size, it could be boring, but he makes it fun and actually interesting.

    Course highlights:

He offers a notepacket at the beginning and it helps a lot for exams. With the note packet, you have all the info needed to take the exams. I learned a lot about cultures and different life styles.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it, it is not a difficult class to pass. Show up and buy the note packet. I didn't go to every lecture, as long as you have the notes you should be good.
