    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is very heavy. If you do not read the required materials a few times before class starts you will be lost. I recorded all the lectures and listened to them often. If you are prepared for the tests you should be in good shape. Studying with other classmates really seemed to help me. I was told by the professor that this is one of the hardest classes in this major. This class is required so I 'highly recommend' it. We also did a group project with Raspberry Pi that was fun.

    Course highlights:

1's and 0's. How computers compute! This course gives you a good understanding on how computers store and process data. This breaks it down into wires and signals.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read, read! Ask questions in class. Study with other students. Record the lectures. The homework was sometimes 1-2 questions but it would take hours to complete. Go to the professors office hours. You will get a personal lecture.
