Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course helps you discover yourself. You are required to focus on past relationships, events, and spiritual thinking so you can better understand yourself, and in turn where you are going.

    Course highlights:

The best parts were being able to watch movies to learn about the hard ethical decisions we might have to make in life. The readings are amazing. After analyzing what I have gone through in life, it is now much easier to know why I am the way that I am.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My only advice would be to be honest with yourself. This is not an overly hard class, but the personal reflections help with personal growth.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

HUM 310 is a required course, but it does teach some valuable lessons in connecting your faith and opinions to your education in ways that will shape the rest of your college experience. It also aids you in preparing to write your Senior Thesis.

    Course highlights:

More than learning anything specific, I read a lot of amazing books that gave me tools to better express my ideas on paper, and allowed me some insight on what I believe about several relevant topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This would be a really easy class to float through with zero effort, but I would highly suggest against that. You have the opportunity to really learn a lot as long as you put the effort in. You will most definitely get out of this course what you put into it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course focuses on the humanities and how through faith there are ways to change our lives not only personally but outwards into our communities.

    Course highlights:

I learned to love on others, how to create community, how to serve my community and how to love on myself through being authentic serving steward.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you keep up on the readings, apply the work/ readings to your life, and learn to space out the assignments. Also really helps to participate, the professor loves that!
