    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Robinson loves what she does and would say that she is quite good at it. She has been a nurse for many years so she is able to give good advice for upcoming nursing students. She is tough however, the NCLEX is going to be tough so as a first class for the nursing program she is a good fit

    Course highlights:

I learned about the general aspects of being a nurse. Most would say that we mostly learned CNA work but you need to work from the bottom to get to the top. There was much information that we learned but however I enjoyed the classes and will now have skills that I can take with me all the way through the program and into my career.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice that I would give to up coming students would be to book your book! You can never read enough for this class. Reading the book will help to ingrain it in your brain so that you can easily assess it again when taking the test. Also do not procrastinate, there is a lot of work that goes into this course and if you keep up on it you will do well, however if you do not, it will be difficult to pass the course.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is the foundation to nursing. To become an effective nurse one has to know the very basic of nursing and build on it, from there to going into the different areas of nursing.

    Course highlights:

I learn that nursing is a field that is very broad and one can work in different areas of nursing. It is a field that one needs to have empathy, and care about the patient and not just the money that one earns as a nurse.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice i would give to student taking this course is to be super organized and understand the concepts and not so much memorization.
