    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Atty. Jamon teaches Constitution 001 in Arellano University School of Law. His class makes reading the Constitution bearable. He gives out tips for the bar at the same time.

    Course highlights:

The Constitution provides for the President residual powers. It is very tricky as this residual power is not clearly defined. The President may invoke said power at any time. It has already happened in the recent Marcos Burial in the Libingan ng Mga Bayani.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The professor is very kind. He appreciates students that volunteered for recitation. I suggest that you volunteer even if you are not called. If he calls you by your first name, he already knows you.
