    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a perfect beginners class for Korean. The professor breaks down the language to its basics so that you can fully understand how the language works and she provides amazing sources for improving your Korean in both speaking and writing.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, before taking this course, I taught myself a little Korean but taking this class gave me a complete understanding of how Korean works. I couldn't speak to anyone to practice before this class and this gave me an outlet to not only practice my Korean but to also get feedback from a native speaker on how my Korean sounded (like if it was awkward or not). It's an encouraging course that can determine whether you want to continue learning or not. The environment of the classroom setting is very nice and comfortable to where if you mess up, you know that it's okay and you can correct it the next time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest forming a study group where you can practice speaking and study the vocabulary. Also, don't be afraid to go to the professors office hours
