Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the greatly courses I've taking in my college career! Professor Deselm has very organized way of teaching, in the beginning of the semester he laid all the reading material that we would be covering throughout the semester. All of the reading material are for free public primary sources so there is no need for a textbook. Every class we go over all of the reading that we need for and have a class discussion all all them, so attendance is a really big factor for this course, if you want to get a good grade that is.

    Course highlights:

Highlights from this course would be that i actually learned something, being that we have new reading material that is give every single week you are forced to fully understand what you are reading or you won't be able to participation in the class discussions. I walked away from this class haven;t a much better idea of western civilizations.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that honestly if you read the online reading material that is given and participate in the in class discussion you will do well in this course. Also have a good Idea of when the author and time period that the reading are occurring in because that is essential to passing the midterm and final exams

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course not because it is required, but because it is quintessential to understanding human geography, culture, and the general state of the world that we know today.

    Course highlights:

Professor Elzey is a very fun-loving, passionate professor who truly does care for his students. The whole class itself is a highlight in itself, regardless of the topics discussed. I learned history from ancient civ to the cold war
