Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

HIV/AIDS, the primary topic of the class, is an ever-growing threat and is still a mystery to a lot of people. People who wish to discover its origins, transmission, and treatment options/prevention should take this class to become more informed citizens.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course were the extra-credit opportunities, the Jeopardy-style game for reviewing for the midterm and the final, and the group debates on specific topics in HIV/AIDS. I learned that education about this illness is among the most important ways to protect yourself and others.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have an interest in learning about HIV/AIDS and an open mind about some of the concerns raised because of this illness. Also, it is great to collaborate with your classmates and peers to succeed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She went really fast, but you get two tries on the quizzes and clicker points, so it isn't terribly difficult.

    Course highlights:

I don't see how people do bad in her class. She keeps things interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I've never had any problems with her not e-mailing me back or issues with her office hours.
